Student Summer Membership – New for 2025!

Dear Art Den Families,

We’re excited to introduce a brand-new offering for 2025: the Student Summer Membership (SSM)! This program is designed especially for students whose regular classes are on pause over the summer, but who still want to stay creative, practice their skills, and enjoy time in the studio.

As a reminder, we won’t be holding our usual monthly classes during the summer. Instead, we’ll offer a calendar of one-time, project-based classes, available beginning in June. Be sure to check it out—we’d love to have you join us for the ones that spark your interest! Our popular Summer Camps will also be running all season long, offering even more ways to stay creative.

The Student Summer Membership is geared toward kids who have been participating in our evening or homeschool classes and want to continue practicing what they’ve learned.

Here’s how it works:

• Membership is $50 per month and available for June, July, and August

• Members can come in any time during the week for 1–2 hours per visit

• Students may work with clay, canvas, or paper—including both handbuilding and wheel throwing

• All materials are included

We do ask that students create with intention:

• Students may not start more than one project per session

• They may not start a new project if they already have one in progress, outside of clay pieces waiting to be fired

• Students are fully responsible for their own cleanup

This is an open studio experience—not a guided class. While there won’t be formal instruction, our staff will be on hand to assist, answer questions, and help with materials.

To participate, students must:

• Be ages 10–17

• Have completed at least two months of Art Den classes during the 2024–25 school year

• Have an Emergency Contact Form on file if being dropped off

Students are welcome to coordinate with friends and come in together!
