Birthdays, bachelorettes, team nights, girls’ nights, milestone moments — whatever you’re celebrating, The Art Den is ready to help you make it memorable. Gather your people, pick a project, and leave with something you made together.
What to Expect
Private parties at The Art Den are relaxed, guided, and a little messy in the best way. Your group gets dedicated studio space, a party instructor to guide everyone through their project, and 1.5 hours to create — plus a 30 minutes built-in flex window so nobody feels rushed.
A few things to know before you arrive:
The Art Den is a working studio, so there may occasionally be 1–2 members working independently in the space during your party. This has never been a problem — we just want you to know!
You’re welcome to arrive 30 minutes early to decorate and get set up.
Bring any food, cake, or drinks you’d like — we’ll provide plates, cups, and plasticware upon request. Please note we don’t have refrigerator space.
Decorations, balloons, and banners are all welcome.
Pricing
Party Fee: $25
Flat fee, per party, not per person, non-refundable, does not apply toward project costs. A $200 minimum spend applies to all parties.

All guests must participate in the same project. Canvas and resin go home same day. All other pieces are fired in our kiln and available for pickup after firing.
Party Pals — For Kids
Planning a kids’ party? Ask about our Party Pals shelf — a curated selection of kid-friendly pottery pieces at a flat $24 per person, all-inclusive. Keeping everyone on the Party Pals shelf helps keep costs predictable for party parents!

Booking
Private Party (Sundays)
The studio is reserved for your group. Book directly through our online scheduler — available as little as two weeks in advance.
Semi-Private Party
Prefer a different day? We can host your party while the studio remains open to other guests. Email us at theartdenllc@gmail.com to schedule.
Policies
Party Fee
The $25 party fee is non-refundable but is not lost if you reschedule with more than 24 hours notice. The balance is paid on the day of the party.
Cancellations
Canceling your party means forfeiting the $25 party fee. No additional cancellation fees apply.
Rescheduling
Reschedule with more than 24 hours notice and your $25 party fee carries over to your new date.
